He develops his activities in the Commercial and Corporate fields: trusts, stock and assets transfer agreements, mergers and acquisitions, responsibility of directors and/or managing officers, agency, distribution, franchise and license agreements.
Dr. Nicolás Pereira Carrera

Partner of the Corporate Department. He leads the Labor Law and Personal Data Protection teams. He has vast experience in providing legal advice to local and international companies in different sectors, mainly in commercial, industrial, construction, energy, health and financial activity. Partner in charge of the Notarial Department. His activities include preparing, structuring and drafting commercial and civil law agreements, as well as providing advice on real estate transactions. He specializes in negotiation, mediation and implementation of settlement agreements regarding civil law issues. He is experienced in counseling and litigation with regards to land and subdivision matters.
